Cancellation Policy

JGNFT will fully refund any program or event purchase, if the request is made in writing via email at least 24 hours before the first date or the date of the series, program, event, or food tour. There will be no refund made after the date of the first event or program if no communications have been made. JGNFT can also transfer any balance to a gift card to be applied to another program or event. JGNFT will refund any party or private group deposit up to two weeks before the date of the event.
